Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

We designed our comprehensive health coverage to keep you and your family healthy. Our EPO United Healthcare plan provides nationwide coverage.

Life Insurance

We provide all employees basic life and AD&D insurance through New York Life Insurance Company, rated A++ by AM Best. Additionally, employees can purchase voluntary term life and additional AD&D coverage for their spouses and dependent children.

Severe injuries and illnesses can happen unexpectedly. To help mitigate the financial impact, we provide Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance to all employees at no cost.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

You will accrue paid time off for vacations, personal business, and short-term illnesses as an eligible employee.

Profit Sharing Retirement

Cyberscend offers a profit-sharing, employer-funded retirement plan for eligible employees. After three years of employment, you become immediately 100% vested. Contributions to a SEP-IRA brokerage account give you complete control over your investments.

Bereavement Leave

Receive up to three days off, fully paid, due to the death of a close family member.

Military Reservist Leave

Military reservists receive a pay differential for two weeks (equivalent to ten working days) each fiscal year. If called up for a national emergency or active duty, we provide the flexibility and support to serve.

Transitioning Veterans
