Compensation

We developed a compensation package to be competitive for the region to attract and retain phenomenal employees. In addition to a base salary, we have a structured bonus program to reward top-performing teams and individuals who contribute to our customer's mission. We also recognize advancements in your profession.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Our comprehensive health coverage is designed to keep you and your family healthy. Our EPO United Healthcare plan provides nationwide coverage.

Life Insurance

We provide Basic Life and AD&D to all employees through New York Life Insurance Company (AM best A++ rated). Moreover, employees may purchase Voluntary Term Life and AD&D coverage and coverage for their spouse and dependent children.

Disability Insurance

Severe injuries and illnesses can happen. We provide Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance to all employees at no cost to help reduce the financial impact when they occur.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

As an eligible employee, you'll be able to accrue paid time off for vacations, personal business, and short-term illness.

Profit Sharing Retirement

Cyberscend has a profit-sharing employer-funded retirement plan for eligible employees. You establish eligibility in the third year of employment and are immediately 100% vested. Cyberscend contributes to an IRA brokerage account, so you are in full control of your investments.

Bereavement Leave

Receive up to three days off, fully paid, due to the death of a close family member.

Military Reservist Leave

Military reservists receive two weeks, equivalent to ten working days, pay differential during each fiscal year. If you're called up for a national emergency or active duty, we'll provide you the flexibility to serve.
